Tanjiro is a young man of average height with fairly tanned skin and an athletic, muscular physique. He has ruffled, black hair with burgundy tips, combed back to expose his forehead.
Warding Masks (厄除の面 Yakujo no Men?) are kitsune masks made of wood that Sakonji Urokodaki personally hand-carves for his students to protect them from harm.
